Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina, which has been producing molds for many global brand giants in the automotive industry for 39 years, increased its sales by 50% in 2021, even though the negative effects of the pandemic continued. Managing Director of Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina, Alkım Denizciler, said that there was also a large research and development center at Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina, which has a closed area of 18 thousand square meters, in which about 4 million euros are invested every year. Almost all of the molds are exported. About 95% of the molds produced by Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina, Turkey’s largest manufacturer of molds for the production of automotive body parts, were exported in 2021. With nearly 400 employees, the company produces molds for automotive brands such as BMW, Mercedes, Stellantis, Renault, Ford and Toyota. Customer portfolio expands with Skoda. Coşkunöz Kalıp Makina’s broad customer portfolio has recently been expanded to include the production of molds for Skoda, a company of the global Volkswagen Group.
